有创机械通气治疗妊娠高血压综合征致急性左心衰竭32例

摘要

目的 评价有创机械通气治疗妊娠高血压综合征致急性左心衰竭的疗效.方法 回顾性比较、分析32例入住ICU的妊娠高血压综合征致急性左心衰竭患者在应用有创机械通气治疗前后的变化.结果 32例患者心衰均得到缓解,血压得到控制,均顺利脱机、拔管,孕产妇生存率为100%.结论 及早使用有创机械通气能有效救治妊娠高血压综合征致急性左心衰竭患者.%To assess the efficacy of invasive mechanical ventilation in patients with acute left heart failure associated with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome. Methods 32 patients with acute left heart failure associated with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome were treated by invasive mechanical ventilation in ICU. Data of heart rate, respiration rate, blood pressure, SPO2 and blood gas analysis were recorded before and after the treatment. Results All patients improved thoroughly with well controlled blood pressure and got rid of mechanical ventilation quickly. The survival rate was 100%. Conclusion Timely application of invasive mechanical ventilation is efficient for patients with acute left heart failure associated with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome.
