目的 探讨不同手术时机对开放式阑尾术患者康复效果的影响,为患者把握最佳治疗时机提供参考.方法 回顾性分析我院近三年阑尾术患者的相关资料,将病发3d、3～5 d及6～8 d行手术治疗的患者分别编号为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组,比较分析其并发症、住院时间等参数,进而评定患者的康复效果.结果 Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ三组患者的总并发症发生率分别为9.72％、13.46％及35.71％.统计学分析结果显示,Ⅰ组较Ⅱ组的并发症发生率均有所降低,但两组间并发症的发生率差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).Ⅰ组与Ⅲ组间、Ⅱ组与Ⅲ间的差异均具有统计学意义(P＜0.01).Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组患者的康复效果明显优于Ⅲ组患者.结论 阑尾术开展的最佳时机为3d以内,时机越早,越利于减少患者的并发症,提高康复效果.%Objective To evaluate the effect of different appendectomy time on the rehabilitation of patients, and to provide suggestions for the selection of the best appendectomy time. Methods The clinical data of the pa-tients undergoing appendectomy within three years were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were divided into three groups, group Ⅰ (undergoing appendectomy within 3 days), group Ⅱ (undergoing appendectomy within 3~5 days) and group Ⅲ (undergoing appendectomy within 6~8 days). The incidence of complications and the length of hospital stay were analyzed. Results The total incidence of complications of group Ⅰ, group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ was 9.72%, 13.46% and 35.71%, showing statistically significant difference between group Ⅰ and group El, group II and group Ⅲ (P0.01). The rehabilitation outcome was significantly better in group Ⅰ and Ⅱ than group Ⅲ. Conclusion The best appendectomy time is within 3 days. Earlier appendectomy time leads to lower incidence of complications and better rehabilitation outcome.
