微型外固定支架结合有限内固定治疗开放性粉碎性掌指骨骨折的疗效分析

摘要

目的 探讨微型外固定支架结合有限内固定治疗开放性粉碎性掌指骨骨折的方法和疗效.方法 采用微型外固定支架结合有限内固定治疗65例开放性粉碎性掌指骨骨折患者,分析其临床疗效.结果 所有患者均达到解剖复位或者接近解剖复位,按TAM标准评价,治疗优良率为71.4％.结论 采用微型外固定支架结合有限内固定治疗开放性粉碎性掌指骨骨折,具有固定可靠、创伤小、愈合好等优点,并可使患者早期活动,促进患者康复.%Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of mini-external fixator combined with limited internal fixation in the treatment of comminuted metacarpal and phalangeal fractures. Methods Sixty-five patients with comminuted metacarpal and phalangeal fractures were treated with mini-external fixator combined with limited internal fixation. The clinical efficacy was analyzed. Results All the patients achieved anatomic reduction or near anatomic reduction. According to TAM standard, the excellent and good rate was 71.4%. Conclusion For treating comminuted metacarpal and phalangeal fractures, mini-external fixator combined with limited internal fixation has the advantages of reliable fixation, small trauma, good healing, early mobilization and rehabilitation.
