2型糖尿病合并干眼症患者血浆炎症细胞因子和乳铁蛋白水平的变化及意义

         

摘要

目的 探讨2型糖尿病合并干眼症患者血浆炎症细胞因子和乳铁蛋白水平的变化及其意义.方法 测定52例2型糖尿病合并干眼症患者(干眼症组)的血浆TGF-β、TNF-α和IL-1β及乳铁蛋白水平,与48例2型糖尿病患者(糖尿病组)及50例健康对照者(对照组)比较.结果 于眼症组及糖尿病组患者血浆TGF-β、TNF-α和IL-1β水平显著高于对照组,而乳铁蛋白水平则显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);干眼症组患者血浆IL-1β水平显著高于糖尿病组,而乳铁蛋白水平则显著低于糖尿病组,差异具有统计学意义(均为P<0.05),干眼症患者中,IL-1β水平与乳铁蛋白水平呈负相关性(r=-0.240,P<0.01).结论 糖尿病患者体内持续微炎症反应可能促进干眼症的发生、发展,而IL-1β在此过程中可能发挥重要作用.%Objective To investigate the plasma levels of inflammatory factor and lactoferrin in patients of type 2 diabetes with xerophthalmia. Methods Plasma levels of TGF-β, TNF-α, IL-1β and lactoferrin were measured in 52 patients of type 2 diabetes with xerophthalmia (the xerophthalmia Group), 48 patients of type 2 diabetes (the diabetes Group) and 50 healthy individuals (the control Group). The relationship between inflammatory factor and lactoferrin were also explored. Results Plasma levels of TGF-β, TNF-α and IL-1β were significantly higher in the xerophthalmia group and the diabetes group, compared with the control group (P<0.05), while the levels of lactoferrin was significantly lower. Plasma levels of IL-1β was significantly increased in the xerophthalmia group than the diabetes group,, but levels of lactoferrin were significantly decreased (P<0.05). Correlation analysis indicated that IL-1β was negatively correlated with lactoferrin (r=-0.240, P<0.01). Conclusion Inflammatory factors, especially IL-1β, play an important role in the development of xerophthalmia in patients with type 2 diabetes.
