心理干预在特发性儿童性早熟治疗中的作用

摘要

目的 探讨心理干预在特发性儿童性早熟治疗中的应用价值.方法 将我院儿科诊治的44例特发性性早熟患儿随机分为观察组与对照组各22例,对照组予药物治疗及常规护理,观察组在此基础上加强心理干预干预,采用艾氏儿童行为量表评价儿童的外显行为.结果 治疗12个月后,两组患儿的抑郁、社交退缩、攻击、多动、违纪等5个因子与治疗前比较均有显著改善,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),而观察组的上述因子均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 心理干预在特发性儿童性早熟治疗中具有确切的作用,值得进一步推广应用.%Objective To investigate the effect of psychological care in the treatment of children with idiopathic precocious puberty.Methods Forty-four children with idiopathic precocious puberty in our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was treated with drug therapy and routine care,while the observation group strengthened psychological care intervention on the basis of the control group.The children's overt behavior was evaluated by Achenbach's scale.Results After 12 months of treatment,the depression,social retreat,attack,hyperactivity,discipline of children in the two groups had a significant improvement,compared with before treatment (P＜0.05).The improvements in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion Psychological care plays an important role in the treatment of idiopathic precocious puberty,which is worthy of further promotion and application.
