目的 探讨单孔腹腔镜经脐胆囊切除术的临床效果.方法 2009年1月至2011年6月间胆囊病变患者共120例.按入院顺序随机分为研究组和对照组各60例.对照组采用常规腹腔镜手术方法,研究组采用经脐单孔腹腔镜手术方法.分别观察两组患者术中情况、术后恢复情况和术后并发症等指标.结果 两组患者手术时间、术中出血量差异无统计学意义(P＜0.05).研究组患者肠功能恢复时间、下床活动时间明显短于对照组(P＜0.05)；两组患者术后并发症率比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 经脐单孔法具有较好的治疗效果,可有效加快患者愈合,且美容效果较好.%Objective To discuss the clinical effect of transumbilical single-port laparoscopic cholecystectomy (TUSPLC). Methods One hundred and twenty patients of gallbladder disease from January 2009 to June 2011 were randomly divided into the study group and the control group according to the order of admission, with 60 cases in each group. Patients in the study group were treated by traditional laparoscopic surgery, while those in the control group were treated by suture suspension type laparoscopic surgery. The intraoperative status, postoperative recovery and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. Results The intraoperative blood loss and operation time in the two groups showed no statistically significant difference (P>0.05). The time for the recovery of intestinal function and the ambulation time in the study group were significantly shorter than the control group (P＜0.05＝. The incidence of postoperative complications showed no statistically significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Transumbilical single-port laparoscopic cholecystectomy is quite effective for treating gallbladder diseases, which can fasten the healing and has great cosmetic results.
