目的：通过儿童支气管异物的诊断及治疗，观察CT三维成像在支气管异物诊断中的可靠性。方法对142例手术取出支气管异物的患儿进行回顾性研究，评价CT三维成像在支气管异物诊断中的作用。结果术前CT诊断明确的142例支气管异物全部由硬性支气管镜成功取出，无严重并发症。结论 CT三维成像在支气管异物的诊断中准确可靠，对于怀疑支气管异物的患者，应该尽早行CT三维成像检查。%Objective To discuss the diagnosis and treatment of bronchial foreign body in children, and to ob-serve the confidence of three-dimensional CT in the diagnosis of bronchial foreign body (bronchial FB). Methods Data of 142 patients with bronchial FB were analyzed retrospectively and the effect of three-dimensional CT was investigat-ed. Results After diagnosed by CT, the bronchial foreign bodies in 142 cases were removed successfully by rigid bronchoscopy without any serious complications. Conclusion The three-dimensional CT was an accurate and reli-able diagnostic modality for bronchial FB and this study suggested that the three-dimensional CT should be consid-ered for the diagnosis of all patients with suspected bronchial FB as early as possible.
