卡介菌多糖核酸局部注射治疗口腔扁平苔藓的疗效评价

摘要

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of topical intralesional injection of BCG-PSN in the treatment of oral lichen planus. Methods 60 patients with clinically confirmed erosive and ulcerative OLP were randomly divided into two groups, treated with BCG-PSN and TA separately, meanwhile the VAS and REU scoring system was utilized to compare the signs and symptoms. Results The VAS, REU scores decreased signifficantly,in the treatment group on the second and the fourth week compared with them in the control group (P<0.05);the efficien-cy rate were significantly improved in the treatment group on the second and the fourth week compared with them in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Topical intralesional injection of BCG-PSN was an effective and safe meth-od in the treatment of OLP, which is worthy of clinical application.%目的：评价局部注射卡介菌多糖核酸治疗口腔扁平苔藓的短期疗效。方法将60例口腔黏膜扁平苔藓患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例，治疗组局部注射卡介菌多糖核酸治疗，对照组则采用曲安奈德局部注射治疗，同时记录两组患者的视觉类比量表(VAS)和REU scoring system (REU)分值，并在治疗后2周和4周时对其有效率进行评定。结果治疗组第2周、第4周的VAS、REU分值较对照组有明显降低，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；治疗组第2周、第4周治疗的有效率与对照组比较，差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论卡介菌多糖核酸局部注射治疗口腔扁平苔藓不失为一种安全有效的短效治疗方法，值得临床推广应用。
