甲状腺相关性眼病的发病机制及治疗进展

摘要

Graves' disease (GD) is an autoimmune disease caused by the increased antibodies of thyroid stim-ulating hormone receptor.Thyroid associated ophthalmopathy (TAO) is the most common GD manifestations,includ-ing lid retraction,conjunctival hyperemia and edema,movement disorders and proptosis,as well as diplopia.TAO is currently more concerned by domestic and foreign scholars.In this review,we focused on the recent progress on the treatment and pathogenesis of TAO.%格雷夫斯病(GD)是一种由于促甲状腺激素受体(TSHR)抗体增多而引起甲状腺功能亢进的自身免疫性疾病.甲状腺相关性眼病(TAO)是GD最常见的甲状腺外表现,临床表现多样,如眼睑退缩、眼球突出、视神经受累等.目前国内外学者对TAO关注较多,本文主要对TAO发病机制及治疗新进展进行简要综述.
