Objective To investigate the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine in the treatment of diabetic cerebral infarction and the effect on hemorheology, blood sugar, blood lipids. Methods One hundred and seven patients with diabetic cerebral infarction treated in our hospital from 2012 to 2014 were randomly divided into the control group (n=53) and observation group (n=54). The control group was treated with conventional western medicine, while the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medi-cine (TCM, Yangyin Tongluo decoction) on the basis of the treatment of the control group. The hemorheology, blood sugar levels, blood lipid levels, neurological function defect scale and efficacy were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group (90.74%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (69.81%), with statistically significant difference (P<0.05). After the treatment, the neurological func-tion defect scale and the blood sugar levels in two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, and the decreases in the observation group were more obvious than those in the control group, with statistically significant differ-ence (P<0.05). The high shear whole blood viscosity, low shear whole blood viscosity, hematocrit, plasma viscosity after treatment in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, and the decreases in the observation group were more obvious than those in the control group, with statistically significant differnce (P<0.05). The low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC) levels after treatment in the two groups were sig-nificantly lower than those before treatment, and the decrease in the observation group were more obvious (P<0.05). The two groups showed no significant adverse reactions during treatment. Conclusion The curative effect of traditional Chi-nese medicine combined with western medicine in the treatment of diabetic cerebral infarction is significant. It can improve the hemorheology and blood lipid levels, lower blood sugar, with no significant adverse reactions.%目的 探讨中药养阴通络汤联合西药治疗糖尿病脑梗死患者的疗效及其对患者血液流变学、血糖和血脂的影响.方法 将2012年1月至2014年7月期间在我院接受诊治的107例患者按照随机数表法分为对照组53例和观察组54例.对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组常规西药治疗基础上结合中药养阴通络汤治疗.比较两组患者的血液流变学指标、血糖和血脂水平、神经功能缺损评分及临床疗效.结果 观察组总有效率为90.74%,明显高于对照组的69.81%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者的神经功能缺损评分和血糖水平治疗后均较治疗前明显降低,且观察组降低较对照组更明显,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组高切全血黏度、低切全血黏度、红细胞压积、血浆黏度治疗后均较治疗前明显减少,且观察组降低较对照组更明显,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)治疗后均较治疗前显著降低,且观察组降低较对照组更明显,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗期间均未见明显不良反应发生.结论 中药养阴通络汤联合西药治疗糖尿病脑梗死疗效显著,其可明显改善患者血液流变学和血脂水平,降低血糖,无明显不良反应,具有重要临床应用价值.
