Objective To investigate the antibody response and adverse reactions of mice after they were im-munized by DPT and measles vaccine. Methods The mice were immunized subcutaneously by DPT and measles vaccine at the same time in different parts. Serum samples were taken at 10 days after the last immunization. Specific IgG antibody levels were detected by indirect ELISA. The levels of applying the two vaccines separately and simulta-neously were compared, and the differences of adverse reactions were observed. Results Antibody titers of applying the two vaccines simultaneously were significantly lower than those applying the two vaccines separately, and the for-mer had significantly higher incidence of adverse reactions (P<0.05). Conclusion It is recommended to vaccinate vaccines separately, because simultaneous vaccination may cause lower level of antibody response and poor security.%目的:观察百白破疫苗和麻疹减毒活疫苗同时免疫小鼠后的抗体应答和不良反应。方法用百白破疫苗和麻疹减毒活疫苗皮下注射免疫小鼠,于末次免疫后10 d取血清,用ELISA间接法检测特异性IgG抗体水平,比较上述两种疫苗同时免疫与单独免疫小鼠后特异性IgG的产生水平,并观察其发生不良反应的差异。结果同时免疫两种疫苗的实验组白喉抗体效价显著低于单独免疫的实验组,而前者不良反应发生率显著高于后者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论两种疫苗同时接种与单独接种比较,抗体应答水平较低,安全性较差,最好不要同时接种。
