Breast cancer is a systemic disease, which is a malignant tumor occurred in the epithelial tissues of mammary gland. The development of breast cancer is a combined action of endocrine, immune system and many other factors. Factor and its receptor in breast cancer cells can reflect the biological characteristics of tumors. This article re-viewed the roles of some serum cytokines, such as the tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α), soluble P55 (sTN-FR-P55), transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF-β1), soluble CD105 (S-CD105), chemotactic factor CCL20 and chemotac-tic factor receptor CXCR3 in diagnosis, curative effect monitoring and prognosis of breast cancer.%乳腺癌属于全身性疾病,是发生在乳腺腺上皮组织的恶性肿瘤,乳腺癌的发生发展是内分泌、免疫系统等诸多因素共同作用的结果,乳腺癌细胞因子及受体可反映肿瘤的生物学特性,本文就血清细胞因子中的肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)、趋化因子CCL20以及与它们相关的受体即可溶性受体p55(sTNFR-p55)、可溶性CD105(S-CD105)、趋化因子受体CXCR3在乳腺癌的诊断、疗效监控和判断预后的意义做一综述。
