Toll样受体(TLRs)是近年来发现的跨膜信号转导受体,它作为模式识别受体(PRRs),能通过识别病原体相对保守的病原相关分子模式(PAMPs)激活相关炎症级联反应,诱导细胞因子和化学因子的表达,在幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染及其所致的相关疾病中起重要作用。TLRs的基因多态性能够影响机体对疾病的遗传易感性,本文拟从TLRs家族的生物学特征、信号传导途径及其基因多态性与Hp感染及相关疾病的关系作一综述。%Toll-like receptors (TLRs), as important pattern recognition receptors (PRRs), are transmembrane sig-nal transduction receptors discovered in recent years, which can induce the expression of cytokines and chemokines by the identification of pathogens relatively conservative pathogen-associated molecular patterns related to the inflammato-ry cascade activation. TLRs play an important role in Helicobacter pylori infection and its related diseases. The polymor-phisms of TLRs can affect the body's genetic predisposition to diseases. Here we review the biological characteristics, the signal transduction pathway and the gene polymorphism of TLRs, as well as the relationship between TLRs and Heli-cobacter pylori infection and its related diseases.
