鼻咽癌EGFL7的表达与肿瘤侵袭转移的关系

摘要

目的：检测鼻咽癌表皮生长因子样结构域7(EGFL7)的表达水平，并观察其与肿瘤侵袭转移的相关性，为临床诊疗提供依据。方法选取2014年1月至2016年1月我院收治的鼻咽癌患者50例为观察组，同期鼻咽炎患者50例为对照组，应用免疫组化分析法检测两组患者的EGFL7表达水平、微血管密度(MVD)和淋巴管密度(LVD)，并分析EGFL7与病理特征、MVD和LVD的关系。结果观察组患者的EGFL7高表达率为38.0%(19/50)，显著高于对照组的10.0%(5/50)，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；EGFL7与年龄、性别和EB病毒无关(P>0.05)，与临床分期和淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)；EGFL7与MVD呈正相关(P<0.05)，与LVD无相关(P>0.05)。结论 EGFL7与鼻咽癌转移有关，与血管形成有关，与淋巴管形成无关。%Objective To detect the expression of epidermal growth factor like domain 7 (EGFL7) in nasopha-ryngeal carcinoma, and to observe its correlation with tumor invasion and metastasis, in order to provide the basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods Fifty patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma in our hospital were selected as observation group from January 2014 to January 2016. Fifty patients with nasopharyngitis of the same period were se-lected as the control group. The expression levels of EGFL7, microvessel density (MVD) and lymphatic vessel density (LVD) of two groups were detected using immunohistochemical analysis, and the relationship between EGFL7 and pathologic features, MVD and LVD were observed. Results The high expression rate of EGFL7 in the observation group was 38.0%(19/50), significantly higher than 10.0%(5/50) in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). EGFL7 had nothing to do with age, sex and EB virus (P>0.05), but was associated with clinical stage and lymph node metastasis (P<0.05). EGFL7 and MVD were positively correlated (P<0.05), and there was no cor-relation between EGFL7 and LVD (P>0.05). Conclusion EGFL7 is related to the metastasis of nasopharyngeal carcino-ma and the formation of blood vessels, but not correlated to the formation of lymphatic vessels.
