面神经损伤导致患者面瘫,严重影响患者美观及生活质量.传统的修复方法包括神经移植、副神经/舌下神经-面神经吻合等修复方法.但这些修复方法都是以牺牲供区神经功能为代价且来源有限,目前也仅能达到部分功能恢复.随着组织工程学的发展,研究者们尝试运用不同材料制成的神经导管桥连神经缺损,并尝试联合干细胞、Schwann细胞、神经营养因子一起修复面神经缺损.本文对目前常用的面神经缺损修复方法的研究进展进行总结.%Facial nerve injury often results in facial paralysis, which seriously influence patient's appearance and life quality. Traditional methods of restoration include nerve transplantation, and accessory/hypoglossal-facial nerve anastomosis. However, these methods results in reduced nerve function in the donor area and can only achieve partial functional recovery up to now, with limited sources. With the development of tissue engineering, the researchers try to use different materials to make nerve conduit for nerve repair, in combination with stem cells, Schwann cells and neuro-trophic factor. This paper reviews the progress of the methods for facial nerve defect repair.
