组织S100Al mRNA和Snail mRNA检测在卵巢疾病中的应用

             

摘要

Objective To explore the application of detecting S100Al mRNA and Snail mRNA in tissues in the patients with ovarian disease. Methods A total of tissue specimens from ovarian disease diagnosed by pathological sec-tion were selected from March 2013 to March 2015. The expression of S100Al mRNA and Snail mRNA in tissues was detected in the ovarian benign cystic adenoma (benign tumor group), borderline cystic adenoma (borderline tumor group) and ovarian cystadenocarcinoma (ovarian cancer group) by RT-PCR technique, as well as the levels of serum car-cino-embryonic antigen (CEA), carbohydrate antigen 125 (CA125), and human epididymis secretory protein 4 (HE4). The changes of the above indicators were compared among the three groups. Results The expression rates of S100Al mRNA and Snail mRNA were significantly higher in ovarian cancer group than borderline tumor group and the benign tumor group (P<0.01), and also in borderline tumor group than benign tumor group (P<0.01). The relative expressions of S100Al mRNA and Snail mRNA in tissues were correlated in the ovarian cancer group and the borderline tumor group (r=0.629, 0.571, P<0.01), and the two markers were correlated with the levels of serum CA-125 and HE4 (r=0.632, 0.587, P<0.01;r=0.638, 0.617, P<0.01). Conclusion Joint detection of expression of S100Al mRNA and Snail mRNA in tissues in the ovarian benign cystic adenoma, borderline cystic adenoma and ovarian cystadenocarcinoma can increase the early detection rate of ovarian cystadenocarcinoma, providing a new thought for the differential diagnosis of the ovar-ian diseases.%目的 探讨组织钙结合蛋白S100Al mRNA和锌指转录因子Snail mRNA检测在卵巢疾病中的临床应用.方法 选取2013年3月至2015年3月我院经病理确诊的卵巢病变组织标本共68例,通过RT-PCR技术检测卵巢良性囊腺瘤(良性肿瘤组)、交界性囊腺瘤(交界性肿瘤组)和卵巢囊腺癌(卵巢癌组)组织S100Al mRNA和Snail mRNA的表达,并测定各组血清癌胚抗原(CEA)、糖类抗原125(CA125)及人附睾分泌蛋白(HE4)水平,比较三组患者以上指标的变化.结果 卵巢癌组组织S100Al mRNA和Snail mRNA的表达量与交界性肿瘤组和良性肿瘤组比较明显增高,差异均有显著统计学意义(P<0.01),交界性肿瘤组与良性肿瘤组比较明显增高,差异也有显著统计学意义(P<0.01);卵巢癌和交界性肿瘤组S100Al mRNA和Snail mRNA相对表达量具有相关性(r=0.629、0.571,P<0.01),组织S100Al mRNA和Snail mRNA分别与血清CA125及HE4呈现相关性(r=0.632、0.587,P<0.01;r=0.638、0.617,P<0.01).结论 联合检测组织S100Al mRNA和Snail mRNA在卵巢良性囊腺瘤、交界性囊腺瘤和卵巢囊腺癌病变组织中的表达,可增加卵巢囊腺癌的早期检出率,为上皮性卵巢疾病的鉴别诊断提供新的思路.
