前列安栓联合α受体阻滞剂r与单用前列安栓治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎的Meta分析

摘要

Objective To compare the efficiency of Prostant combined withα-blockers and single Prostant for type Ⅲ prostatitis. Methods We systematically searched all comparative studies focusing on these two therapies for typeⅢprostatitis based on the databases of PubMed, Cochrane Library, Embase, Wanfang, VIP and CNKI. A meta-anal-ysis was then carried out taking advantage of RevMan 5.2 software. Results Meta-analysis of all six articles showed that, compared with single Prostant for typeⅢprostatitis, combination medication could significantly improve the cure rate (RR=1.58, 95%CI:1.29-1.94, P<0.00001), overall effective rate (RR=1.29, 95%CI:1.20-1.39, P<0.00001) and chronic prostatitis symptom index (CPSI) (MD=-4.81, 95%CI:-5.07--4.55, P<0.00001). Conclusion Combination of Prostant andα-blockers could be more effective for typeⅢprostatitis compared to single Prostant, and it could be recommended as a clinically favorable choice.%目的 比较前列安栓联合α受体阻滞剂与单用前列安栓两种方法对Ⅲ型前列腺炎的治疗效果.方法 2016年10月,系统检索PubMed、Cochrane图书馆、Embase、万方数据库、维普数据库、CNKI数据库,筛选出关于前列安栓联合α受体阻滞剂与单用前列安栓两种方法治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎的所有对比性研究,并通过RevMan 5.2软件进行Meta分析.结果 总共6篇文献纳入研究,Meta分析显示:与单用前列安栓相比,前列安栓联合α受体阻滞剂能显著提高Ⅲ型前列腺炎患者的治愈率(RR=1.58,95%CI:1.29~1.94,P<0.00001)、总有效率(RR=1.29,95%CI:1.20~1.39,P<0.00001)及慢性前列腺炎症状评分(CPSI评分)(MD=-4.81,95%CI:-5.07~-4.55,P<0.00001).结论 前列安栓联合α受体阻滞剂较单纯使用前列安栓治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎效果更佳,可推荐其作为临床上治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎的有效选择.
