CT预测脑出血早期血肿扩大的研究进展

摘要

Intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) remains a significant cause of mortality and morbidity throughout the world. Hematoma expansion after acute intracerebral hemorrhage is common and is associated with early deteriora-tion and poor clinical outcome. CT, as the first choice for the diagnosis of cerebral hemorrhage, has been made much progress the related studies of the early warning of cerebral hemorrhage and hematoma expansion, which can help medi-cal staff to observe the progression of disease. This article summaries the progress of CT to predict hematoma expansion in early intracerebral hemorrhage.%自发性脑出血在全球范围内是一个致残率高和致死率高的疾病,而早期血肿扩大会进一步增加其病死率及致残率,CT作为诊断脑出血的首选检查,在预警脑出血血肿扩大的研究中已取得相关研究结果,这些预警性表现为临床医生评估患者病情发展提供了有力依据.本文就CT在预测血肿扩大方面取得的进展做一综述.
