Intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) remains a significant cause of mortality and morbidity throughout the world. Hematoma expansion after acute intracerebral hemorrhage is common and is associated with early deteriora-tion and poor clinical outcome. CT, as the first choice for the diagnosis of cerebral hemorrhage, has been made much progress the related studies of the early warning of cerebral hemorrhage and hematoma expansion, which can help medi-cal staff to observe the progression of disease.
