The hazard of cervical cancer is well known. In recent years, cancer and tumor suppressor gene re-search is increasing. Related proto-oncogene activation and the corresponding inactivation of tumor suppressor gene can lead to a series of complex changes in the quantitative lead to qualitative change, and ultimately lead to tumorigenesis. Phosphatase and tension homolog (PTEN) is a tumor suppressor gene discovered early and has been extensively studied for its low expression in various tumors. In this paper, we review the progress of the expression, clinical diagnosis and therapy of PTEN gene in cervical lesion and cervical cancer.%宫颈癌危害广为人知,近年来关于癌及抑癌基因方面的研究日益增多,相关原癌基因的激活以及对应的抑癌基因的失活,可引发了一系列复杂的改变,量变引发质变,从而引发肿瘤.PTEN是早年前发现的抑癌基因,因其于多种肿瘤中的低表达现象而被广泛研究.本文就PTEN基因于宫颈病变及宫颈癌的表达、临床诊断及治疗方面的新近研究进行综述.
