目的 探究心血管疾病与康复结合专科在二级甲等医院建立的临床意义.方法 选取2014年5月至2016年12月期间我院收治的842例心血管疾病患者为研究对象,其中2015年4月前内科收治的272例患者纳入对照组,2015年5月后建立心血管病与康复结合专科后收治的570例为观察组,比较两组患者的专科临床疗效、住院患者心血管危险因素治疗达标率以及我院经济收入情况.结果 观察组患者自建立心血管疾病与康复结合专科后,专科治疗有效率、心血管危险因素治疗达标率分别为93.68%、98.77%,明显高于对照组的72.06%、82.35%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);我院年收入也从1.13亿元提高到1.28亿元.结论 心血管疾病与康复结合专科在二级甲等医院的建立提高了我院对心血管疾病治疗的临床疗效,且能提高我院的经济收益.%Objective To explore the clinical significance of establishment of Department of Cardiovascular Disease and Rehabilitation in second A hospitals. Methods A total of 842 cases of cardiovascular disease patients, who admitted to our hospital from May 2014 to December 2016, were selected as the research objects. A total of 272 cases of patients admitted to Department of Internal Medicine of our hospital before April 2015 were selected as the control group;570 cases of patients admitted to Department of Cardiovascular Disease and Rehabilitation after May 2015 were included into the observation group. The clinical curative effect and compliance rate of cardiovascular risk factors of the two groups, the income situation of our hospital were compared. Results The clinical curative effect and compliance rate of cardiovascular risk factors of the observation group were 93.68%, 98.77%, respectively, which were significantly higher than 72.06%, 82.35% of the control group (P<0.05). The hospital annual income increased from 113 million Yuan to 128 million Yuan. Conclusion The establishment of Department of Cardiovascular Disease and Rehabilitation in sec-ond A hospitals not only improves the clinical curative effect of cardiovascular diseases, but also increases the economic benefits of our hospital.
