GIS-BASED DECISION SUPPORT SYSTEM FOR ECOLOGICAL SYSTEM RECONSTRUCTION IN GUIZHOU PROVINCE

         

摘要

One main task of "West Development"is to reconstruct theecological systems in the western part of China.The Chinese govemment made a great decision of "Returning the farmland forest or forest or grass in regions of heavy erosion". The policy to encourage farmers returning their land is that government gives the farmer some money or some food in return if he plants trees or grass on the land. Guizhou Province is one of the west provinces in a typical carst mountainous area, more than 90% of the area is mountain. The conditions for ecological reconstruction are very different among villages.The main concerns are according to the differences in geography and climate. This is the main reason to propose the project of "GIS based decision support system". It is necessary to integrate different sources of data, analysis tools and models for the decision support system. Some of these data sources are rigorous GIS types. Some of them are indirectly related to GIS.To the success of decision support, evaluating the reliability of different information sources is crucial when the received data reveal incomplete, inaccurate and inconsistent. The objectives, strategy, architecture and technical challenges are discussed in the paper.%中国西部大开发的一个重要任务就是生态重建.中国政府制定了在水土流失严重地区实行退耕还林还草的政策.贵州是一个山地占90%的西部省份.由于地理与气象条件的不同,各地的生态重建工作是很不同的.这就需要研制基于GIS的决策支持系统,把不同数据来源的数据和工具以及模型集成到系统中,这些数据可能格式不同,有各种误差,还不互相兼容.本文讨论了开发基于GIS的决策支持系统的目的、策略、结构和技术关键.
