雷公山地区苗族传统酒曲植物调查初报

摘要

A deep survey in which three investigation methods (plant taxonomy,participatory method and inter-view)were used in the Miao villages of Leigongshan Mountain,such as Maoping,Queniao,Pingxiang and so on.The result showed that there are many species of making distiller’ s yeast in Leigongshan Mountain,including 35 species,belonging to 28 genus and 19 families. Among them,there are 21 species of woody plants belonging to 16 genera and 13 families,14 species of herbaceous plants belonging to12 genera 6 families.In this paper,the method of making distiller’ s yeast and the distribution of distiller’ s yeast plants were introduced. At the same time,the suggestions for the production of distiller’ s yeast plants were put forward.%采用植物分类学、参与式和访谈式等调查方法，深入雷公山地区的毛坪、雀鸟、平祥等苗族村寨进行调查。调查显示：雷公山地区苗族酒曲植物种类共有19科28属35种，其中木本植物13科16属21种，草本植物6科12属14种。文中还介绍了酒曲的制作方法和酒曲植物的分布范围；同时提出了对酒曲植物的保护建议。
