EDTA滴定法测定铝土矿石中氧化铝含量的不确定度评定

摘要

不确定度可用于对试样加工质量的评估、内检和外检质量评估以及不同分析方法等的质量评估。通过对EDTA滴定法测定铝土矿石中氧化铝的不确定度来源进行分析识别，并对影响不确定度的各分量进行量化，计算合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度并给出不确定度报告。结果表明，分取试样溶液的体积是最大的不确定度来源。%The uncertainty can be used for quality valuation of sample processing, inside the check and the outside check and different analysis method etc. , In this paper, the author discriminated and analyzed the sources of uncertainty of determining the content of alumina in bauxite by EDTA titration, and thereon quantifying each component products that affect uncertainty. Thus, the author calculated the combined standard uncertainty and the expanded uncertainty and gave out a report of the uncertainty of measurement thereby. The results show that solution divided sample liquor is the biggest uncertainty source.
