真空灭弧室不锈钢封接环的应用研究

摘要

The KOVAR materials are expensive and after press forming they must be plated before using, the production cycle is longer and costly. Therefore, it is urgent to find low - cost cast materials. In this research we focus on： the design of cover plate and end shield, the use amount of solder, brazing process control and the flatness requirement of cover plate.%可伐材料较为昂贵且冲压成型后必须进行电镀才能进行一次封排，生产周期长，成本高。因此，我们迫切希望用一种低成本的材料去替代可伐封接环，节约生产成本。在不锈钢封接环中的应用，应着重注意：封接环和端罩的设计、焊料的使用量、钎焊工艺控制、封接环平面度要求。
