个人禀赋对云南少数民族地区农村劳动力外出务工意愿的影响

         

摘要

为有效推进少数民族地区农村劳动力外出务工, 带动地区经济发展, 以云南少数民族地区农村劳动力作为调查对象, 于2016年3—9月发放200份调查问卷, 回收有效问卷192份, 采用Ordered Logistic回归模型分析个人禀赋 (年龄、性别、婚姻状况、教育程度、民族文化习惯、家乡经济条件) 对少数民族地区农村劳动力外出务工意愿的影响.结果表明:云南少数民族地区农村劳动力的年龄、家乡经济条件、受教育程度对外出务工意愿具有显著正向影响, 男性外出务工的意愿强于女性, 婚姻状态对外出务工意愿影响不显著, 民族文化习惯对外出务工意愿具有显著负向影响.同时针对调查结果, 提出了有效引导民族地区农村劳动力外出务工的建议.%192 valid questionnaires recycled from 200 questionnaires are analyzed by the Ordered Logistic regression model to study the influence of personal endowments(age,gender,marital status, education level,ethnic cultural habit and local economic condition)on migrant work willingness of rural labor force and effectively promote migrant work of rural labor force and drive its economic development in Yunnan minority area.Result:The age, local economic condition and education level of rural labor force are positively related to the migrant work willingness significantly.The man's migrant work willingness is higher than female.The marital status has no obvious effect on the migrant work willingness.The ethnic cultural habit is negatively related to the migrant work willingness significantly.The suggestions are proposed to effectively guide migrant work of rural labor force in minority area according to the investigation results at the same time.
