贵州快速城镇化进程中的土地问题与对策

摘要

为有效破解城镇化过程中的土地难题,综述了贵州城镇化发展现状及加快贵州城镇化进程的战略意义,分析了贵州城镇化快速推进过程中的土地问题及其实质,并提出了相应的对策.这对实现“十二五”战略目标、2020年与全国同步实现全面小康具有重大意义.%To effectively solve the land problems in the process of rapid urbanization, in this paper the status of Guizhou urbanization development and the strategic significance of accelerating urbanization process were reviewed, land problems and their essences in the process of rapid urbanization were analyzed and corresponding countermeasures were proposed as well. All above were of great significance to realize the Twelfth Five-Year strategic objective and to realize overall well-to-do lives in synchronism with the nationwide in 2020.
