动物疫情智能终端采集系统的设计与实现

         

摘要

为了克服动物疫情信息上报时效性差和信息上报缺乏有效终端设备支持的问题,开发了基于便携式移动智能终端的动物疫情快速采集系统,系统融合了嵌入式GIS实时定位、无线通讯、视频获取和条码识别等现代通讯技术,重点研究了基于疫病现场的模板可定制技术,实现动物疫情信息快速采集、动态入库、提高信息资源的利用效率、降低信息采集成本,为动物疫病防控系统提供及时有效的信息.%As reporting animal epidemic disease information to government was not timely and lacked support of effective terminal devices, a portable intelligent terminal system for quickly collecting animal epidemic disease information was developed. This system integrated many modern communication techniques, such as embedded GIS real time position, wireless telecommunication, video capture and barcode recognition technology. The most important research is customizable technology based on disease onsite treatment, collecting the animal disease information quickly and storing data dynamically,promoting the information utilization efficiency and reducing information collection costs, providing effective information for animal epidemic disease control and prevent system in time.
