为了研究地果中黄酮化合物的提取工艺,确定最佳提取条件,采用正交试验法考察了乙醇浓度、乙醇用量、提取次数和提取时间对地果中黄酮化合物提取率的影响.结果表明:地果中黄酮化合物的最佳提取工艺为85%酒精以1:10的料液比提取3次,每次1.5h.%Effects of alcohol concentration, alcohol dosage, extraction frequency and extraction time on extraction rate of flavonoids from Ficus. tikoua were determined to study the extraction process and optimize the extraction conditions by orthogonal test method. The results showed that the optimized extraction conditions include 85% alcohol, 1: 10 solid-liquid ratio, 3 times and 1.5 h extraction time.
