鸡大肠杆菌病的中草药制剂防治试验

摘要

为筛选具有显著防治效果及使用安全的中草药制剂产品,根据鸡大肠杆菌病的病理特性,严格遵循中兽医医学标本兼治的防治理论,进行了中草药组方药物的筛选试验.结果表明:兽用中草药制剂肠杆灵散对鸡大肠杆菌CVCC-245菌株有明显的抑制作用,人工感染防治试验有效率为93.85％～97.78％,应用推广试验有效率为92.37％.表明,中草药制剂肠杆灵散对鸡大肠杆菌病具有显著的防治效果.%According to pathological features of avian colibacillosis and prevention and control theory of traditional Chinese veterinary medicine, the prescription of Chinese herbal preparations which have significant preventing-controlling effect and use security were filtrated. The results indicated the Chinese herbal preparations had significant inhibiting effect on the bacterial strain (CVCC-245) , the cure rate of artificial infection experiment was 93. 85%~97. 78%, the cure rate of the field experiment was 92. 37%. The result showed the Chinese herbal preparations had a strong effect to prevent and control avian colibacillosis.
