褪黑素与盐酸多巴胺在猪精液冷冻保存中的应用效果

摘要

为给改良猪精液冷冻稀释液配方提供参考数据,分析了不同浓度褪黑素和盐酸多巴胺对猪精子冷冻后畸形率和顶体完整率的影响.结果表明,10 mmol/L褪黑素及3种浓度的盐酸多巴胺(0.1 mmol/L,1 mmol/L,10 mmol/L)均能有效改善冻后猪精子的畸形率和顶体完整率,两种试剂均可在猪精液冷冻中进一步推广应用.%To provide reference data for the improvement of the composition of the diluent for cryopreservation of boar spermatozoa, the effects of different concentrations of melatonin and dopamine hydrochloride on abnormality, acrosomal integrity of frozen-thawed boar spermatozoa were analyzed. The results showed that 10 mmol/L melatonin or three doses of dopamine hydrochloride (0. 1 mmol/L, 1 mmol/L,10 mmol/L) could significantly improve abnormality, acrosomal integrity of frozen-thawed boar spermatozoa. It indicated that both of the two drugs deserved further extension and utilization to boar semen cryopreservation.
