For providing a reference for the study of systemic relations between species of Sphagnum, protection and exploration of Sphagnum, the peroxidase isozymes of six populations belonging to five species of Sphagnum were studied by means of polyacrylamide gel eletrophoresis(PAGE). The results showed that there were twelve different bands of peroxidase isozyme. Among them, S. palustre and S.multifibrosum, and S. ovatum had four bands and nine bands, S. khasianum had eight bands, respectively. Whereas the number of peroxidase isozyme bands of S. nemoreum was five. Hierarchical cluster showed that obvious genetic difference existed in S. palustre, S. multifibrosum and other three species among five species of Sphagnum.%为泥炭藓属植物的种间系统关系、泥炭藓种群的保护及开发利用等研究提供参考,采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳对泥炭藓属植物5个种6个居群的过氧化物酶(POD)同工酶进行了分析.结果表明:6个居群泥炭藓的过氧化物酶同工酶带共有12条,其中,泥炭藓有酶带4条,卵叶泥炭藓有酶带9条,加萨泥炭藓有酶带8条,多纹泥炭藓有酶带4条,尖叶泥炭藓有酶带5条;POD-5、POD-8为泥炭藓属植物5个种所共有,是其特征带;通过系统聚类,泥炭藓属植物5个种中泥炭藓、多纹泥炭藓与其余3个种存在明显的遗传差异.
