马齿苋多糖对草鱼的免疫调节作用

         

摘要

To provide reference for the best immune regulation of breeding aquatic animals and promote the healthy development of fishery, the effect of polysaccharides of Portulaca oleracea on the immune regulation of grass carp was studied and saline injection as control. The results showed that compared with the control, the head-kidney and serum lysozyme activity of grass carp were significant(P<0. 05) and extremely significant(P<0.01)respectively after 5d and 10 d immunization. The engulfment capabliity of macrophage of grass carp abdominal cavity was strengthened and the numbers of blood leucocytes were increased significantly. After 10 d, 15 d immunization, all the spleen added index increased significantly (P<0. 01). Conclusion: the polysaccharides of Portulaca oleracea had obvious immuno-promoting effect on grass carp and it could increase the non-specific immune function and specifc immunological of grass carp.%为生产水生动物的最佳免疫调节剂提供参考,促进渔业健康发展,用马齿苋多糖免疫草鱼,以注射生理盐水为对照,研究了马齿苋多糖对草鱼的免疫调节作用.结果表明:与对照相比,免疫后5d、10d,马齿苋多糖免疫草鱼的头肾和血清溶菌酶活性分别显著(P<0.05)和极显著(P<0.01)增加;草鱼腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬能力增强,白细胞数量明显增加;免疫后10d、15d,脾脏增值指数均极显著(P<0.01)增加.结论:马齿苋多糖对草鱼有明显的免疫促进作用,能提高草鱼的非特异性免疫和特异性免疫.
