不同品系及不同生长年限关玉竹的品质比较

         

摘要

To select the good cultivation strains and the best harvesting period of P. Odoratum, the determination of its drying rate, water extract content and polysaccharides content of two and three-year round leaf and two and three-year long leaf P. Odoratum were conducted. The results showed that under the same growth period, the quality of long leaf P. Odoratum was better than that of the round leaf one; with the same strains, the quality of three years P. Odoratum was better than that of the biennial one. The drying rate, water extracts, polysaccharide content of three years P. Odoratum were respectively 39. 91 % , 63.36% and 9. 93%.%为筛选优良的玉竹栽培品系,明确优良品系玉竹的最佳采收年限,对2年生、3年生的圆叶玉竹和长叶玉竹栽培品种进行折干率、水浸出物含量和多糖含量的测定.结果表明:相同生长年限的长叶玉竹质量优于圆叶玉竹,同一品系中3年生玉竹质量优于2年生,3年生长叶玉竹的折干率、水浸出物含量和多糖含量分别为39.91%、63.36%和9.93%.
