法氏囊病毒感染对鸡群新城疫疫苗免疫效果的影响

摘要

The ND antibody in blood serum of chickens infected with IBDV and normal chickens both inoculated with ND vaccine was detected to study influence of IBDV infection on humoral immune response against ND vaccine. The results showed that the antibody titer in chicken infected with IBDV for one, two or three times was all significantly lower than the normal chicken, which indicated that repeated immunization could not eliminate the difference in antibody titer against ND in chicken infected with IBDV.%为了解传染性法氏囊病毒(IBDV)感染对鸡新城疫体液免疫应答的影响,对IBDV感染康复鸡群和正常鸡群接种新城疫(ND)疫苗后,通过血凝抑制试验测定血清中ND抗体.结果表明:1次、2次和3次免疫后,IBDV感染康复鸡群抗体效价始终显著低于正常鸡群,重复免疫并不能消除这种差异.
