贵州省农业保险发展的影响因素实证分析

摘要

In order to provide a reference for the sustainable development of agricultural insurance in Guizhou and similar studies,a regression analysis was conducted on the factors affecting the development of agricultural insurance in Guizhou by the Cobb-Douglas production function model.The results showed that the rate of natural disaster,loss ratio,agricultural added value,farming forestry,water resources expenditures and government subsidies were the main factors affecting the development of agricultural insurance in Guizhou Province.On this basis,the authors considered it appropriate to make joint efforts to promote the healthy and stable development of agricultural insurance in Guizhou Province in all directions that make optimization of government support for agricultural insurance system as guarantee,and in terms of the boost of process of agricultural modernization and the increase of farmers’ income,and based on the increase of agricultural insurance publicity work as well as the improvement of service system and service quality.%为贵州农业保险的可持续发展和同类研究提供参考,运用柯布-道格拉斯生产函数模型对影响贵州省农业保险发展的相关因素进行回归分析.结果表明:自然灾害成灾率、赔付率、农业增加值、政府农林水利支出及政府的补贴政策是影响贵州省农业保险发展的主要因素.针对研究结果,从推进农业现代化进程、提高农民收入为前提,以保险公司加大农业保险宣传工作、加强管理和完善服务体系、提升服务质量为基础,以优化政府的农业保险支持体系为保障等方面提出了发展贵州农业保险的对策建议.
