发酵床陈化垫料堆肥的腐熟条件

         

摘要

In order to study the effects of different conditions on aging dunnage composting,composting experiments were carried out to study the effects of carbon-to-nitrogen ratios,aeration forms and calcium superphosphate on composting under moisture content of 60% and the 2% inoculation.The results showed that the quality of aging dunnage composting was the best when with 0.2% inoculation size,60% moisture content,keeping the ratio of C/N ratio at 25 ∶ 1,adding 3% calcium superphosphate and ventilating air by machine force.Under this optimum allocation,the high temperature of aging dunnage maintained for 14 d,the degradation rate of lignin,cellulose,GI and total nutrient content in organic fertilizer was 38.7%,41.3%,112.3% and 9.1%,respectively.%为探讨不同条件对陈化垫料堆肥腐熟的影响,采用室内堆肥试验方法,研究在相同水分(60%)、相同接种量(0.2%)条件下,不同碳氮比、不同通气方式及添加过磷酸钙对堆肥进程的影响及各种指标在堆肥进程中的变化趋势.结果表明:陈化垫料堆肥的接种量为0.2%,水分控制在60%左右,碳氮比控制在25.3∶1左右,同时添加3%的过磷酸钙以及采用机械强制通气方式通气时,堆肥腐熟效果最好.在此优化条件下处理的高温保持时间为14 d,木质素降解率、纤维素降解率、发芽率指数及有机肥料总养分质量分数分别为38.7%、41.3%、112.3%和9.1%.
