贮藏温度对川滇高山栎种子发芽及出苗的影响

摘要

为了对川滇高山栎种子的贮藏及繁育提供参考，研究了川滇高山栎种子在温度分别3℃、0℃、－3℃和－5℃贮藏期间种子的发芽率和田间播种出苗率。结果表明：川滇高山栎种子无休眠期，0℃以上温度贮藏45 d 后种子发芽率已达50％左右；低温可以抑制川滇高山栎种子的萌发，有利于种子的贮藏，以－5℃的贮藏效果较好，贮藏过程中最高发芽率仅为4．28％左右，贮藏6个月后，种子田间出苗率在50％以上。%In order to provide a reference for storage and propagation of Q.aquifolioides seeds,the seed germination rate and field emergence rate of Q.aquifolioides seeds in storage period were studied under temperatures of 3℃,0℃,- 3℃ and - 5℃.Results:Q.aquifolioides seeds have no quiescent stage,temperature above 0℃ is not suitable for storing Q.aquifolioides seeds,for the germination rate reaches about 50% after storing 45 days;Low temperature is beneficial for storing for it may inhibit seed germination.-5℃ is of better storage effect,the highest germination rate is merely 4.28% in storage period,and the field emergence rate is above 50%.
