贵州常用苹果砧木对不同供磷水平的生理响应

         

摘要

In order to explore the physiological response mechanism of common apple rootstocks in Guizhou with different phosphorus levels,and provide scientific references for exploration and utilization of low phosphorus-tolerant apple rootstocks,the common apple rootstocks in Guizhou,including Malus micromalus,M.hupehensis,M.rockii,were used as materials,a pot experiment was conducted to explore the physiological responses of different indicators of three kinds of apple rootstocks,including contents of chlorophyll,MDA and proline in leaf,activity of acid phosphatase(APase),to different phosphorus levels.Results:All the four physiological indicators varied with different phosphorus levels of three apple rootstocks,and the variation range was the smallest with middle phosphorus level,while larger with high and low phosphorus levels.Chlorophyll content and APase of leaf decreased after applying phosphorus fertilizer,while MDA and proline contents increased.M.micromalus was of the best comprehensive performances under high and Middle phosphorus levels,and M.rockii performed the best under low phosphorus level,which was more adapt to low phosphorus environment.%探明贵州常用苹果砧木对不同供磷水平的生理响应机制,为耐低磷苹果砧木资源的发掘利用提供科学依据,以八棱海棠、平邑甜茶和丽江山荆子3种贵州常用苹果砧木实生苗为材料,采用盆栽试验研究其叶片的叶绿素含量、丙二醛含量、脯氨酸含量和酸性磷酸酶活性对不同供磷水平的生理响应.结果表明:3种苹果砧木叶片的叶绿素含量、丙二醛含量、脯氨酸含量和酸性磷酸酶活性对不同供磷水平的响应各异,且各项生理指标均以中磷水平的变幅最小,高磷和低磷水平的变幅均较大.施磷后各苹果砧木苗叶片的叶绿素含量和酸性磷酸酶活性下降,丙二醛含量和脯氨酸含量升高.在高磷和中磷水平下,以八棱海棠苹果砧木实生苗的综合表现最好;在低磷水平下,以丽江山荆子苹果砧木实生苗的综合表现最佳,且其更适合在低磷环境中生长.
