木兰科植物抗寒性的研究进展

         

摘要

木兰科植物种质资源丰富,观赏价值高,引种栽培历史悠久.但低温是影响木兰科植物生长发育,限制其景观应用的重要环境因子.为木兰科植物抗寒机制的研究和培育抗寒新品种提供借鉴和指导,从影响木兰科抗寒的遗传基础、外部环境及化学诱导剂等因素,细胞学与组织学、生理生化指标及分子水平等研究方法,综述了木兰科植物抗寒性的研究进展,并结合当前的研究成果进行了展望.%Magnoliaceae,of high ornamental value,enjoys abundant resources of germplasm and a long history of cultivation in China.However,low temperature is an important environmental factor that affects its growth and landscape application.In order to provide some references and guidance for cold resistance mechanism study and new cold resistant cultivars breeding work of Magnoliaceae plants.In this paper the authors summarized the progress on cold resistance of Magnoliaceae from the factors that influence its cold resistance,including internal factors,external conditions and chemical inducer.What's more,some research methods were summed up including cytological and histological,physiological and biochemical indexes and molecular.At last,an outlook was presented in line with the current research results.
