不同切丝模式对烟丝结构及卷烟掉火头的影响

             

摘要

为卷烟制丝工艺优化提供参考,以纯叶丝品牌配方烟叶为原料,采用工厂实际生产加工方法研究不同切丝模式对烟丝结构和卷烟掉火头的影响.结果表明:1)不同切丝模式对各工序烟丝结构的影响显著,30 mm和40 mm错刃定长刀片切丝模式的烟丝长丝率下降,中短丝率升高,长烟丝与中短烟丝的均匀性得到改善.2)在3种定长刀片切丝模式中,30 mm和40 mm错刃定长刀片切丝的掉火头率分别为34.86%和17.67%,比平刀切丝的掉火头率(98.25%)下降63.39百分点和80.58百分点,卷烟的掉火头现象得到明显改善.3)切丝、烘丝、贮丝和过烟枪的烟丝结构与烟支掉火头率的相关性达极显著水平(P<0.01),各工序长丝率与烟支的掉火头率呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),相关系数分别为0.937、0.946、0.956和0.922,中丝率、短丝率和烟末率与烟支的掉火头率均呈极显著负相关(P<0.01),并以烟末率与烟支掉火头率的相关系数最小,分别为-0.482、-0.701、-0.681和-0.680.降低长丝率和提高中短丝率可有效改善卷烟的掉火头现象.%The effects of different cutting modes on tobacco structure and separation of burning cigarettes were studied by using tobacco leaves for making brand cigarettes as raw materials to provide a reference for optimization of cigarette production process.Results:1) Different cutting modes have a significant effect on tobacco structure in every working procedure.The long tobacco and moderate-short tobacco rate of tobacco leaves under the cutting modes with 30 mm and 40 mm blades decreases and increases respectively,which can improve the uniformity between long tobacco and moderate-short tobacco.2) The separation rate of burning cigarettes under the cutting modes with 30 mm and 40 mm blade is 34.86% and 17.67%,63.39% and 80.58% lower than under the flat plate blade mode (CK).3) The tobacco structure in different working procedures of cutting tobacco,drying tobacco,storing tobacco and making cigarettes is related to separation rate of burning cigarettes very significantly.The long tobacco rate in cutting tobacco,drying tobacco,storing tobacco and making cigarettes working procedures is positively related to separation rate of burning cigarettes very significantly and their correlation coefficients are 0.937,0.946,0.956 and 0.922 respectively.The moderate tobacco,short tobacco and tobacco powder rate is negatively related to separation rate of burning cigarettes very significantly but the correlation coefficient between tobacco powder rate and separation rate of burning cigarettes is the minimum.The correlation coefficient between tobacco powder rate in cutting tobacco,drying tobacco,storing tobacco and making cigarettes working procedure and separation rate of burning cigarettes is-0.482,-0.701,-0.681 and-0.680 separately.In conclusion,reducing long tobacco rate and increasing moderate short tobacco rate can improve separation phenomenon of burning cigarettes effectively.
