政务微博突发公共事件舆情应对策略研究

Micro-blog information dissemination superiority has been generally recognized by the community, various government agencies and officials have opened the micro-blog, making the ＂micro-blog asks government＂ has become one of the hot points and trends. Public emergency public opinion because of its complexity and sensitivity, as well as the rapid spread characteristics, let government micro-blog in response to public opinion crisis difficulties. In this paper, through the analysis of e-government micro-blog public emergency coping situation of public opinion, attempts to propose the micro-blog guide public opinion of the specific methods and measures, for the building of a harmonious society will play a positive role.%微博的信息传播优势已得到了社会的普遍认可，各级政府机构和官员纷纷开设政务微博，使得“微博问政”成为当前的热点和趋势。突发公共事件舆论因其复杂性、敏感性以及传播迅速等特点，让政务微博在应对舆情危机时困难重重。本文通过分析政务微博突发公共事件的舆情应对现状，试图提出微博舆论引导的具体方法和对策，对于构建和谐社会将起到积极的作用。
