公安院校刑诉法教学新问题探索——以2012年新修刑诉法为背景

China promulgated a new Criminal Procedure Law in 2012.There're important changes in revision of the law on lawsuit ideas and specific systems.The police colleges should be from lawsuit ideas,pretrial procedure systems,trial procedures on police intervention and other aspects to adjust and perfect in teaching activities,in order to make the students to become modern qualified polices.%2012年我国颁布了新修刑诉法,这次修法在诉讼理念和制度安排上都有重要变化。公安院校刑诉法教学应从刑诉理念、审前程序相关制度、警察介入审判程序等方面入手作出调整和完善,将学生培养成合格的现代警务人才。
