本文基于国家百所示范院校“宁夏职业技术学院”的基本情况，提出了以科研带动教学、建设特色专业、提高师资队伍、丰富校园文化生活等办学理念，意在培养掌握专业知识技能、具有良好综合素养的生产、建设、管理、服务第一线工作的高级技术应用型人才，提高学院在社会发展中知名度和的竞争力。%The paper Based on the situation about Ningxia Polytechnic which is one of the lO0-state -level model college, some ideas that project driving teaching, building special major, improving teachers' ability, enriching campus activities were put forward. The aim was to train advanced technology talents who mastered professional skills, comprehensive qualities in manufactory, man- agement, service area. The popularity and compositeness of Ningxia Polytechnic will be improved in society.
