美国中小学教育财政公平模式研究

摘要

The rational allocation of resources,and promote equity in education,and protect the development of education is the education finance three.This article describes and analyzes six of the government of the United States state education finance fair funding model,in order to learn from the status and characteristics of the primary and secondary education financial fair balanced allocation of resources for basic education in China.%合理配置资源、促进教育公平、保护教育发展是教育财政的三大功能。本文介绍并分析了美国州政府为实现教育财政公平而采取的六种拨款模式,以期从美国中小学教育财政公平的现状和特点对我国均衡配置基础教育资源提供借鉴。
