随着90后学生的成长环境、教育环境等日趋复杂、多样化,尤其是网络文化的介入和物质生活条件的极大改善,90后的人生观、价值观等与前几代人有较大的不同。90后的学生通常在心智、行为、做事等方面易走极端,有孤独感,渴求友谊,但又不善合作,集体观念淡薄。因此班级从精神文化建设抓起,让90后在班级内部形成具有一定特色的思想观念和行为规范,增强班级凝聚力和团队意识,尤为重要。%As the over 90 students' growing environment and education environment is becoming increasingly complex and diverse,especially when they get involved in the Internet culture and their living condition has greatly improved,their view on life and value is quite different from that of the previous generation.They easily take many things to extremes,such as things in mind and behaviours,which make them feel lonely and desire for friendship.However,it is not easy for them to cooperate with each other or to show much concern for class.Therefore,to build up a good class,we should focus on the spiritual culture,having the new generation play a leading role with certain characteristic behaviours and ideas.
