新疆生产建设兵团中学体育教师培训基地教学评价研究

摘要

文章采用实地调研、深度访谈和问卷调查方法,对新疆生产建设兵团培训基地进行追踪和资料收集,从基本师资、外聘教师和场地器材等方面对培训基地进行分析,对课程设置、教师培训方式、培训组织形式、使用方法等培训教学进行评价。%By using field research, in-depth interview and questionnaire survey method to Xinjiang production and Construction Corps training base for tracking and data collection, from the basic teacher, external teachers and field equipment and other aspects of the training base for analysis, teacher training mode, training organization, teaching method training of teaching evaluation.
