我国高校学术权力运作的现状、问题及对策

摘要

Academic power study the needs of internal management system of our universities. In order to further promote the academic study of the power operating mechanism, the author conducted this study in order to contribute to better research university academic power operating mechanism.%学术权力研究是我国高校内部管理体制改革的需要。为了进一步推动学术权力运行机制的研究,笔者进行了本次研究,以期能为更好地研究高校学术权力运行机制作出贡献。
