North Sea oil extraction has a major impact on the England,not only to promote its economic recovery and development,strengthen the international financial and trade center in London,but also in international relations to expand the British diplomatic room for maneuver to maintain maximize its national interests.%北海石油的开采对英国有着重大的影响,不但推动其经济的复苏与发展,巩固伦敦国际金融贸易中心地位,而且在国际关系中扩大了英国外交的回旋余地,维护了其国家利益的最大化。
