合训学员军事素质培养模式的优化与评估方法研究

The article from the angle of the theory,commanding officer of the navy＇s primary colleges training mode of the problem of the system research,and in the survey on the basis of analysis,optimization navy education institutes undergraduate students training mode principle and content,and according to the quality of the military training students the characteristics and rules,in order to solve the quality of the military in the disadvantages of the assessment.%文章从理论的角度,对海军院校初级指挥军官的培养模式存在的问题进行系统研究,并在调查分析的基础上,优化海军院校本科合训学员培养模式的原则和内容,同时根据海军合训学员军事素质培养的特点与规律,就海军合训学员军事素质评估的方法问题进行研究,以解决在军事素质评估上存在的缺陷。
