This article from the purchase of this advanced JIT procurement model, combining the results of previous studies, the current status of the application of JIT purchasing in an analysis of the enterprise, and has put forward a reasonable sol-ution, but also for other companies in order to provide reference and guidance.%本文从JIT采购这一先进的采购模式入手，结合前人的研究成果，对目前JIT采购在我国企业中的应用现状作出分析，并有针对性地提出合理的解决方案，从而也为其它企业提供借鉴和指导。
